KitchenLoopAI Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KitchenLoopAI, including our application, website and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by AiKitchenUSA LLC, doing business as KitchenLoopAI (“KitchenLoopAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, including limited guest functionality, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Your Account
KitchenLoopAI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use KitchenLoopAI.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep information associated with your account reasonably current.
2. Guest and Premium Access
KitchenLoopAI may provide guest, limited and paid functionality.
Guest users may receive limited access to certain KitchenLoopAI features without creating an account.
KitchenLoopAI may offer limited no-cost access with specified features and usage limits, and paid Premium subscriptions providing additional functionality, higher or unlimited usage limits, or other Premium features.
The features, usage limits, subscription periods, prices, promotional offers and free trials available to you will be displayed in KitchenLoopAI or through the applicable app store or purchase interface before you complete a purchase.
We may change available plans, features or pricing from time to time. Changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
3. Subscriptions, Trials and Promotions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period disclosed at purchase unless canceled before renewal.
If KitchenLoopAI offers a free trial or promotional period, the applicable eligibility requirements, duration, price following the promotional period and other material terms will be displayed before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, a trial that converts to a paid subscription will automatically convert when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.
Promotional offers, trials and promotional codes may be subject to eligibility requirements and may be modified or discontinued where permitted.
Applicable pricing and taxes are displayed before purchase.
4. App Store Purchases and Cancellation
If you purchase a KitchenLoopAI subscription through the Apple App Store, the purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms, including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Apple controls billing and cancellation for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. KitchenLoopAI cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
If you purchase through Google Play, Google's applicable billing, cancellation and refund rules apply.
If KitchenLoopAI offers subscriptions purchased directly through our website, those subscriptions may be managed using the billing tools provided for that purchase method.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period unless the applicable platform or law provides otherwise.
Except where otherwise required by law or the applicable purchasing platform, payments already made are non-refundable.
All sales are final — there are no refunds.
Deleting your KitchenLoopAI account or uninstalling KitchenLoopAI does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
5. AI-Generated Information and Recommendations
KitchenLoopAI uses artificial intelligence and other user input data to provide features including food and product identification, inventory information, recipes, freshness and expiration estimates, replenishment predictions, shopping recommendations, nutrition estimates and other recommendations.
These outputs maybe incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect.
KitchenLoopAI's outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes. They are not a substitute for your own inspection, judgment or professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying KitchenLoopAI's recommendations.
6. Food Safety, Allergies and Nutrition
KitchenLoopAI does not determine or guarantee whether any food is safe to eat.
Freshness, shelf-life and expiration information provided by KitchenLoopAI are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees of food safety.
You are responsible for independently inspecting food, checking actual expiration or use-by information when available, verifying ingredients and product labels, following appropriate food-storage and food-safety practices, and determining whether any food is safe and appropriate to prepare or consume.
If food appears spoiled, contaminated, improperly stored or otherwise unsafe, do not consume it regardless of information provided by KitchenLoopAI.
Recipes and recommendations may not identify every allergen, ingredient, cross-contamination risk or dietary concern.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions, you are responsible for verifying ingredients and product labels before preparing or consuming food.
Nutrition information provided by KitchenLoopAI is estimated and is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, information and other content you submit to KitchenLoopAI.
You grant KitchenLoopAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, personalize, develop and improve KitchenLoopAI and provide the functionality described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
This may include identifying foods and products, maintaining kitchen inventory, generating recipes, estimating expiration and depletion, predicting replenishment needs, improving recommendations and generating eligible aggregated or de-identified information.
Kitchen images may be retained for a limited period as described in KitchenLoopAI and our Privacy Policy: kitchen and receipt photos are kept for no longer than 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
Information generated or extracted from submitted content may be retained as part of your kitchen, household and KitchenLoopAI records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Personalization, Analytics and Commercial Features
KitchenLoopAI may use eligible information about your use of the Service to personalize and improve recipes, recommendations, inventory intelligence, shopping functionality, replenishment predictions, reminders and other features.
Where permitted, eligible information may also be used to personalize and measure offers, promotions, product recommendations, advertising and other commercial experiences.
KitchenLoopAI may generate and use aggregated or de-identified information concerning product, category, cooking, shopping, replenishment and market trends where permitted by law.
KitchenLoopAI may work with retailers, commerce providers, affiliate partners, advertisers, promotional partners and other commercial partners.
KitchenLoopAI may receive compensation, including referral or affiliate compensation, when users interact with or purchase through certain commercial features.
Sponsored content or placements will be identified where required.

9. Location and Notifications
KitchenLoopAI may request permission to access your device's location while you use relevant features.
Location may be used for local functionality, recommendations, retailer information, market-level insights and other location-relevant features.
KitchenLoopAI does not require continuous background GPS tracking.
With device permission, KitchenLoopAI may send notifications concerning expiration, replenishment, shopping, meal ideas, account activity and other relevant functionality.
You can manage applicable location and notification permissions through your device settings.
10. Third-Party Services and Commerce
KitchenLoopAI may link to or integrate with retailers, commerce providers, affiliate partners and other third-party services.
KitchenLoopAI does not control third-party services, product availability, retailer pricing, delivery, fulfillment or third-party transactions.
Your interactions with third parties may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Product prices, availability and other third-party information displayed by KitchenLoopAI may change and may not always be accurate or current.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use KitchenLoopAI for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; submit content you do not have the right to submit; intentionally submit another person's private information without authorization; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; circumvent security or usage controls; scrape or systematically extract KitchenLoopAI data; misuse automated access; or reverse engineer non-public portions of the Service except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions.
We may take reasonable measures to protect KitchenLoopAI, its users and its systems from abuse, fraud and security threats.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for content owned by users or third parties, KitchenLoopAI and its software, interfaces, designs, branding, text, graphics, functionality and other materials are owned by or licensed to AiKitchenUSA LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of KitchenLoopAI or its intellectual property to you.

Our collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information are described in the KitchenLoopAI Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

14. Availability and Changes
KitchenLoopAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or impose reasonable limits where necessary to operate, secure, improve or develop the Service.
We do not guarantee that KitchenLoopAI will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid services or existing subscriptions.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KitchenLoopAI and AiKitchenUSA LLC disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI-generated information, recipes, food or product identification, expiration or freshness estimates, allergen or ingredient information, nutrition information, inventory estimates, shopping information or other recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiKitchenUSA LLC, KitchenLoopAI, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for any injury, illness, food spoilage, allergic reaction, dietary consequence, loss, damage or other harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated or estimated information provided through KitchenLoopAI, including food or product identification, freshness or expiration estimates, recipes, ingredient information, allergen information, nutrition information, inventory estimates, shopping recommendations or other recommendations.
KitchenLoopAI's outputs are informational estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for independently inspecting food, verifying ingredients and product labels, following appropriate food-safety practices, and determining whether food is safe and appropriate to prepare or consume.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiKitchenUSA LLC and KitchenLoopAI will also not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities or other intangible losses arising from or relating to the Service.
To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of AiKitchenUSA LLC arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the lesser of:
(a) the amount actually paid by the user to KitchenLoopAI during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) $25.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using KitchenLoopAI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements or conduct threatening KitchenLoopAI or other users.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice.
18. Account Deletion
You may use Delete Account to initiate permanent deletion of your KitchenLoopAI account.
Deleting the KitchenLoopAI application from your device does not delete your account.
When you delete your account, KitchenLoopAI will delete or de-identify associated personal information as required by applicable law, subject to information that we are permitted or required to retain.
Account deletion may permanently remove information associated with your account, including kitchen inventory, saved recipes, plans, preferences, scan history and learned personalization.
Deleting your KitchenLoopAI account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the platform through which they were purchased.
You may choose to stop paying for Premium and continue using an available free KitchenLoopAI plan instead of deleting your account.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to KitchenLoopAI, our business, applicable law or other requirements.
When required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Your continued use of KitchenLoopAI after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute not required by applicable law to be heard elsewhere will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
21. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction.
These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and KitchenLoopAI concerning the Service.
